Gripped by that first line

This story sounds so good. I'm always drawn to friendship stories--particularly those about the grit and pain of growing apart or "breaking up." The idea of secrets coming back to change the present is a beautiful mystery to pair with this relationship. From the first line, I know I'm going to love the writing. And the cover is positively stunning. I can't wait to read more!
