Love this Author and this book does not disappoint!
Virgil Wander is another and much anticipated book from Leif Enger. The man has a way of stringing words together into brilliant stories. This book about a small midwestern town and the folks who live in it. The returning son intermixes with the cast of wonderful characters; Rune looking for his long lost son and unraveling the mystery around his disappearance, his oldest friend Tom, and Nadine. All these stories of these people and the connections are magically interwoven.
Leif Enger is an amazing writer and after ten years this book was so much wanted. I have recommended his book Peace Like a River to anyone who will listen to me! I love how he can take an occurrence, small in its origin and work it into a magical tale.
