I had actually never heard of this author before, but the synopsis looked interesting, so I took a gander ... and I was hooked after the first two paragraphs (... he had me at 'boreal gloom'! LOL) I like stories about amnesia and 'faulty memories', so this definitely seems like something I would enjoy!
