I didn’t know what to expect from this passage. I think the author wrote Peace like a River which I have on my shelf but have not picked up yet. Now after reading the first chapter of his new book, it feels time to go back and read it. What captivated me about this new book is the premise, a car accident that causes neuro changes in the protagonist. The writing is engaging and I can’t wait to dig in deeper to what happens next.
