First off I won this book but it took 4 months to get to be. By the time it had gotten to my door I had forgotten about it.
Okay now for the review. I am not a parent yet so don’t currently have any children I need to peacefully parent. However I hope to be someday so was excited to learn some tools and techniques. I also feel this information can be used in every day communication as well. Everyone can be better about being intentional.
This book very informative and I like the approach she takes, making it simple and easy to understand. Everything is broken down into step by steps. There’s scenarios and examples given in every chapter to help further understanding which is great.
Her Instagram and reels are amazing too. They are casual and to the point, very informative as well. I definitely recommend checking them out if you haven’t already.
