It seems like it's coming from a good place - encouraging self-reflection and being intentional in your parenting methods. However, I'm left thinking, is this really worth buying? What does this contribute that one can't accomplish on their own or by seeking out other parents' advice in real life? The author isn't bringing in any expertise outside of her own parenting experience, which any parent can give.
