Another self help that I wish I sat deeply engrossed, totally making highlights, notes, and jotting down my own desires of self change but I can say without a single doubt in my being I am a heathen and thus won’t fully use this tool I’ve been given to its full useage.
I will say the narration is super easy reading and if you’re any of the above for being collected within yourself you’ll be doing all those things and gain a deeper perspective of yourself and maybe see changes you want within yourself and parenting.
