Although I'm not a parent, I figured I'd take a look at what this book has to offer. And the first thing I noticed is that the book starts with working on the parent. As a member of Codependents Anonymous, I see a lot of parents come in who thought they needed to fix their children, when they really needed to focus on themselves first. And that's exactly what this author has picked up on. I'm so glad to see this message getting out into the world and I hope all the parents read this book.
