I don't have children, nor do I plan on having any, so I'm not really part of the target audience for this book. That being said, I really like the idea behind the book, and the author's motivation for writing it. The one thing I didn't particularly like was the organization in the book. It sometimes felt a little random. Other than that, I really liked that the book was written from a place of empathy and compassion, and that it encourages parents to approach parenting with that in mind.
