The idea is interesting but like most other self help kind of books there is so much fluff it's a total pain to read through. The Forward with its mention of Instagram made me want to completely disregard anything the book says because it feels very inauthentic. The first few pages read like an ad, which feels pointless to include as the first several pages of a book.
