I am definitely not a self-help book reading kind of gal. I am a parent though, and I have considered finding a book or two to read to help me during difficult moments and seasons.
However, I follow plenty of parenting accounts on Instagram, and I feel like those offer quite a bit of sound advice and techniques. I personally appreciate the "sound bites" so to speak, rather than being bombarded with a book's worth at once.
