The first three chapters of this book left me wanting to know more.
The world was full of magic, fae and excitment. But it didn't seem to be your classic magical story. The blurb promises an autistic sister, which I don't think I've ever read in fantasy.
The sisterly connection, and how the twins communicated was great. I love books where we get to see warm family relationships.
There were many details and characters. They had just enough details that I was able to keep track of what was going on, but they still left a lot more room to find out more about the characters, plot and world. And, it all promised to be very mysterious and interesting. And probably illegal.
And, of course, there's the whole changling thing. Though, the story left me a bit confused about the whole changeling thing. Is she a changling? Is she one who was changed? How is she and her twin related?
