I picked this book up for the faeries and was not disappointed in that department. There is plenty of focus on them and getting to glimpse into the Fae realms was awesome. There was also dragons which I did not expect but sweetens any reading experience.

I enjoyed Seelie a lot as a character honestly but everyone else was a bit flat. The book being from a changeling's PoV was wonderful, and that being a metaphor for autism was well done in my opinion.

The magic wasn't my favorite, there aren't many rules explained but the main character is in the dark about the magic system to so it does fit the story somewhat.

I was unhappy with the ending (there are A LOT of loose threads, honestly I'd recommend waiting until book 2 is out) but I just found on Amazon it's listed as book one of a duology. I will certainly be reading book 2 and look forward to seeing how everything is wrapped up.
