I'm not a person who is big into the fantasy genre so I figured that this one wasn't going to be for me after reading the synopsis. I discovered I was correct while reading the first look. I found myself uninterested. I think the writing was okay so it has the potential to be a good book for fantasy-lovers. I like the cover.
