Not for me
This book tries to start out with fast pacing, with the twins in the middle of a theft in what should be a suspenseful setup, but instead everything gets bogged down by the internal musings of Seelie. The opening pages are dragged to a plod by her thoughts on herself, her sister, her magic, her parents and upbringing, her not-quite-mortal status... all things that could aid to the worldbuilding better elsewhere, but here just keep me from sinking into the flow of the action.
