From the title, I knew this would be a book with fae/faerie people. I didn't even read the blurb before reading the excerpt... I didn't expect the main character to be a changeling, let alone be autistic! It's such a cool, new perspective on what had become a very repetitive type of book.
I love the way that the main character isn't always portrayed as the strongest and best (that can get obnoxious), although I wish it was dual/multi POV.
