A Novel of Trouble with Evil Fairies and Changelings

This novel is sure to appeal to those who love fantasy worlds. The novel opens on the night of Revelnox, and everyone in this bustling town is out in the streets; however, this is not totally carefree partying because the residents fear evil. Bags of spices are hanging to ward off evil, and everyone has on a face mask. Regular humans must protect their identity or risk having it stolen by representatives of the other world. Sister Isolde and Iselia ("Seelie") are changlings who were adopted by common, ordinary humans, but the girls ran away from home. Now they are out for their usual no-good activity with an emphasis on pickpocketing fun. The streets are crowded, and even better, the fabulous homes on Gilt Row should be empty while the parties are in the streets. Yet despite Isolde and Iselia's background, they are concerned about the shining red eyes of a woman in an alley and the fear of faerie magic.
