I'm very picky about the type of nonfiction books I read because I have to have a genuine interest in reading them. True crime is one of very few topics that will always grab my interest because the forensics of it all is what fascinates me. I'm learning that what else fascinates me is the psychology of those who have made a career out of solving cold cases and trying to understand their mindset and how they're able to compartmentalize everything. While this book is just one person's perspective, I think it will be really interesting to see what this person has to say about what he does, and it'd be such great insight.
