The cover got my attention but didn't fully draw me in. Now the first few lines of the book? Instantly drawn. Graphic details were hard to read but then I saw the words "Fort Worth", my current residence, and was super intrigued. Then we go from that to Laci Peterson and Jayci Duggar, both cases I am familiar with. This book sounds like a once in a lifetime story from the man who has been a behind the scenes piece of true crime history.
