I was lucky enough to be a winner of this book. And was so happy to finally receive it in the mail. I have to say- Wow I loved this book! I have never read any other books by this author. And I am really happy that this was my first one! Jane is such an inspiring detective. Being a female detective, among a group of men - Jane must prove herself in every way! At times I felt that this story was getting predictable, and then I turned the page and realized I was very wrong! The writing is realistic- and some of the stunts the suspects do, are things that I totally see people doing these things in real life. The murder took place years ago, and the church worked hard to cover it up. I stayed hooked on this book from start to finish and am looking forward to reading more of these books. Would love to read more about Jane and the cases that she gets caught up in on the job.
