What stood out to me straight away was the dialog. I felt that the fast paced and often witty dialog made this stand out from other crime fiction novels.
The story starts with builders discovery a coffin in while digging in the grounds surrounding what used to be a convent. Tennison is sent to look into the situation and later discovers that it is a murder. I was instantly hooked on this book and can't wait to keep reading it.
