The synopsis was alright and interesting, but the book was alright. The cover is alright nothing special it wouldn't draw me in, but it's not bad. It does a good job representing the eery dark story. I like murder mystery but I couldn't get into the back. Probably because I'm a character based person and I didn't really connect with either of the characters. However, I absolutely loved how the author was building a menacingly and chilling tension. Also, this is my first time reading a British murder book and it wasn't such a bad experience.
