I would totally love to read 'Under the Surface'. I love the Phantom of the Opera and would enjoy reading a story with another take on that location. The pace of the story is just right and keeps the reader moving toward finding out what Ruby and her friends encounter underneath Paris. I would give this book four stars based on the First Look. The cover is definitely perfect for the book.
