This contemporary set mystery kept me on the edge of my seat through the entire book. Olivia and Reagan are both interested in murders that happened at a camp seventeen years ago, but each girl has her own reason for digging deeper. Olivia's dna test results have her questioning who her parents are and Reagan just wants her mother to be proven innocent of murder charges so they can settle down into a normal life. When both girls show up to the camp, murders begin to happen again. Is the witch of Camp Lost Lake real or has the murderer returned?
Both Olivia and Reagan's characters are very relatable and readers can easily put themselves in their situations. Chapters are told from different points of view, so the reader must be sure to check which POV is being used to keep up with the storyline. The mysteries and action throughout the story will keep the reader invested and not want to put the book down until finished. I can see this book flying off of my middle school and high school library shelves.
