I loved the characters, I thought the plot was unique, and I loved all it all connected! I actually felt connected to the characters and invested in how their stories would turn out. I love when books have a little twist in the epilogue so that drew me in as well. The writing style and short chapters had me turning the pages as fast as I could to find out what would happen next. The story seemed plausible yet not completely predictable which I enjoyed as well.
I also loved that I had some love interests to root for, but that they weren't incredibly overdone or stressed considering that wasn't the main plot of the story. I wanted to see how their lives unfolded after their story ended.
I haven't read Danielle Valentine's other novel that was recommended yet, but now I am definitely adding it to my TBR. Well done and I can't wait to see what comes next from her!!
