The camp slasher genre is back and this book starts off with a bang! I really liked that the author gives us lore on what happened and how it affects on our current characters. There is a lot of information that happens in the first few chapters. There is a bit of a time jump and different character POV's, but the author titles them perfectly so it is easy to follow along. IT ENDED ON A DANG CLIFF HANGER AND I AM HOOKED!
The cover art reflects very well with the book. Reading just the first chapter, it completely hits the nail on the head. Well done!
