This story pulled me right in with multiple POVS and tiny details of the who, what and where of the murders that kick this story off with a bang!
With a fast pace from the start, Valentine jumps right in with the horrible killings at Camp Lost Lake and the supposed Witch of Lost Lake who murdered them all. From those murdered to the adults who worked the camp, their kids and community, even the supposed witch each character introduced added something new and exciting, I couldn’t get enough of the writing style. I loved how intentional each scene was, and cannot wait to see where the author takes it from here!
Plenty of twists even in this short excerpt had me devouring pages and needing to read the rest, fingers crossed for winning so I can read the rest ASAP! The way I was guessing what would happen was next level, I haven’t been this immersed in a thriller in awhile and cannot wait to read the full book.
