"The only things worth doing are those that will lead to success." - This line has stayed with me throughout the book and even after I finished reading the book. This book will leave the reader with a book hangover, but not for the reason that you think...because this line if the book sticks with the reader in their everyday lives.
The author tried to weave a tale that flowed for the reader, but there were some minor problems and the reader never got what they wanted or what the author really intended for the story.
The reader doesn't get the carefree vibe that they were hoping for and the story just gets heavy. for the main character, Adanna. She is someone still a child, but responsible for everything around her. This one had the potential to be amazing but as the book continued it just continued to fall flat for me. There were some storylines that never went anywhere, and some that the reader wanted more of but never got. An ok book, but not a favorite. I will read more by this author in the future, but it's not a must read now book or author for me.
