First off, I love the representation of Nigerian Canadians in this book. The cover drew me in, I love the striking art style. This seems like it would be a super quick read, which I think would be great for late middle schoolers and high schoolers. I think that a lot of people could relate to Adanna as a main character, and we can't help but empathize with her throughout the first look.
