I found this book portion hard to follow at the beginning and hard to get interested in. I felt like the reader was thrown into the story without much background. Measurements were being taken for wedding clothing and next debate topics such as cultural appropriations were being talked about. I think the interesting part will be the part about Ada and Sam, but that hadn’t really begun yet here.
