Twice As Hard was a great read! I was so happy to win a copy and when I finally got the chance to read it, I found that it was difficult to put down. This book really helps you guide those difficult conversations. It really opened my eyes to the issues people of color face. I am not a person of color I found this very educational. The authors really depicted well what happens in the everyday life. We need a book like this more than ever. It really touched on many things, that I think anyone could relate to. I have always know that people of color had to struggle, but what I didnt realize is just how MUCH they had to struggle, and what they always have to think about in the back of their heads. I seriously think everyone should be required to read this book, or books just like it before starting a new job, or moving to a new town. This book is filled with great advice.
