I can tell from the small part of the preview that we were given that this book is going to be very informative and a good read and I can tell from the table of contents that there is content that will appeal to all readers. The sections that I look forward to reading the most are Growth - Don't Leave it to Change, Health is Wealth and Pearls of Wisdom. Overall, I liked reading the preview because I found the author to be relatable. Sometimes I feel in non-fiction books of this format that the author either comes off as aloof or preachy but this was definitely not the case with this book. Sofoluke said, "For far too long, people and organisations have shied away from discussing and tackling racism. Within our communities and organisations there is still so much change to be made, but there has never been a better time to do it than now." I am ready to read this book and to learn about how to make these changes.
