I enjoyed this book, and thats saying a lot for someone who is usually into fiction. However, I thought it was insightful especially for me to know how to work in the world as an entrepreneur and being black. I know someday I want to have my own business, and I'm going to be limited because of my skin color. This book focused a points to ponder on how you want to target your audience, message, relationships(in a business way), and much more. I really loved how the book focused on self worth, and knowing that you shouldn't prove yourself to anyone, but you. It helped me acknowledge personally, that I need to use my voice for people to see me, and what I have to offer. I think this book is also insightful to people who aren't black, because then they see the privilege they have in the business standpoint. I got so many good tips as a starter black entrepreneur, and guidance on how white-dominated work forces are like.
