The book, everyone should read, if it is as great as it's introduction.
I loved the way in which both Raphael and Opeyemi have tackled the issue of black discrimination and raised awareness of how much black people lose - not because of their talent, but because of others pettiness.
Based on the introduction, "Twice as Hard" is about working 2x times harder than an average person just to get seen and recognized.
I didn't even know that traffic light was invented by Garrett Morgan until Raphael mentioned it in his introduction. His work was so notable and yet most of us don't even know his name.
