I rarely read books of this genre (business related), and nothing with this one changed my mind. I do think it could be a needed book, but I'm not the intended audience. I did like how it contains interviews to make it a bit more relatable.
The cover seems a bit "busy." Something a bit more streamlined might be a better option to appeal to the target market.
