At first glance, I have mixed feelings about the cover. The colors, the black background with the verticle 5 wavy lines, are striking. But the font of the subtitle and author names just doesn't quite work. That being said, the premise and the excerpt are quite promising. I think this is a much needed book to highlight the struggles and give advice and guidance. And since this book seems aimed at black entrepreneurs, I hope that the authors consider doing a companion piece on how allies and the different sectors of business (financial, advertising, etc.) may help break down the obstacles facing black business people to even the playing field.
