While I believe there is prejudice against blacks, there is also prejudice against Jews, whites, Asians, etc. Sometimes, whites are denied employment in order to fill a race quota whether that person is qualified or not. Consequently, the quality of the work force and those dealing with it, suffers. What blacks need is better education to be able to compete successfully and to positively deal with prejudice instead of feeling prejudice against those who are unfair to them.
