This book has important topics and I'm an ally but it's just not something I see myself reading. Based on the synopsis and the first look I just wasn't interested. I understand BIPOC struggles (my mother's side is indigenous) and I've read plenty of books and articles over the years, it's just not something I would want to sit down and read through.
