This was an enjoyable sample, but at times, a bit repetitive. I am not much of a middle-grade reader, but I will definitely recommend this to the target audience. The Latino representation means a lot to me, and I am happy children nowadays can feel represented in the books they read. Super cute story with a beautiful cover that caught my attention.
