I was hooked from the first line. I think this is going to be an absolutely adorable story. I love the rich, warm family picture that's being painted from the very beginning. I can see this appealing to adults and children alike. I can't wait to read more to see how the picture of this family comes together. I'm sure lots of zany hi-jinks and opportunities for growth and forgiveness will ensue. The cover is super cute. I think this will be a delightful middle grade read.
