I don't normally go for plucky-detective type protagonists, or books about murder, but the paranormal cult stuff has me intrigued. I'd really like to see where this goes and I think it's a great fit for our teens who prefer slightly edgier reads. The first look is giving shades of Sookie Stackhouse mixed with Twin Peaks.
