I have a feeling “Together We Rot” is going to be a hit! This novel seems like a perfect fall read and the gorgeous cover gives off major spooky season vibes! Not only is the cover eye-catching, but the writing is absolutely incredible! Even after just a few pages, I was fully immersed in the story and totally invested in the characters! I truly enjoy how each chapter is told from alternating perspectives; I also love the midwest setting, it feels very realistic and homely! It’s difficult to believe this is Skyla Arndt’s first novel. I can’t wait to read on and see where this book leads - if it’s anything like the first few chapters I know I’m in for a treat!
