Wow, what a debut! Skyla Arndt has crafted a fascinating world where a small town is being encroached on by the creepy and aptly named Morguewood and a local congregation called the Garden of Adam is more than what they seem. I really enjoyed the dual POV's from our FMC Wil and MMC Elwood and look forward to seeing how their stories unfold and intertwine as she investigates the disappearance of her mother and Elwood pieces together what his family and the Garden of Adam truly are.
