Looking at the cover, this book draws me in, it's very intriguing. Reading the first look we discover that Wil's mom who was a reporter is missing, possibly investigating the local cult in town. Elwood is the other character, expecting to give himself in sacrifice also to the cult. Story is setting up with pretty dark imagery and sacrifice right off the bat. For those interested in a horror tale, this is the way to go
