This one has the potential to get better as it continues, but the first look didn't land enough for me to want to continue reading. The writing style just wasn't doing it for me, and it felt forced. I think the cover is creepy and beautiful. I could see this one appealing to younger YA readers. The premise of the cult is super interesting, but the writing just wasn't enough to get me to continue on.
