I loved Christopher Paloni's Eragon series... I mean, who hasn't, right? And I've waited for a new book from him for a while, and so far, I'm enthralled in the new world he's created! From the first sentence, his descriptions and the cadence of his words sucked me in and had me reading as fast as I could so I could immerse myself in the pages.
Kira seems to be a headstrong protagonist that anyone can relate to, and I love the fact that she's not helpless, but instead determined to do everything herself, even if she can't get a grip on that dastardly machine on the first page LOL!
I'm dying to know what happens next, especially after the end of chapter two! If the first two chapters are anything to go by, this book is going to be a rollercoaster ride!
