A very promising start for Paolini.
I always enjoy Paolini’s writing. It’s interesting reading his work for science fiction. I was immediately taken with the map at the beginning of the book. I loved the way he laid out the planets in a 3-dimensional setting.
The character development in the beginning was adequate, not over done, but enough to get to know the MC. I found myself intrigued. I don’t generally read science fiction unless it is really gripping. I have very high hopes for this story and am looking forward to its release.
The cover is what caught me initially. I loved the starscape, title, and artwork. It’s all very pretty and eye catching and makes me want to read the book without even knowing what it is about. I think this book will do great when it releases.
