I read the Inheritance series years ago and have anxiously been awaiting Paolini's next book. While this is definitely a change to sci-fi for him, the world-building is already complex and intriguing. We have a character who we're already invested in within the first 40 pages. The cover is stunning and this is going to be a must-read for sci-fi and fantasy fans.
