I was intrigued by the title of the book and the cover, but when I read the first impression, I wasn't pulled in at all. Just to be completely honest, I'm kind of over reading sci-fi from a male perspective because the genre is so oversaturated with books written by men. So for this book to grab me, it needed to do a lot more. Well-written, just not interesting to me.
