Who didn't love the Eragon series when it released? This looks completely different from that series, and while it doesn't seem like what I'm used to from Paolini, I am still highly interested. I love science fiction works from Andy Weir, Pierce Brown, Orson Scott Card, and Blake Crouch, so Paolini has a lot to live up to, especially considering his work in Fantasy was so phenomenal. This short preview looks really good, but the most eye catching thing was the crazy map at the beginning. It looks as though he has spent the past few year thoroughly planning this one out and I cannot wait to see where it leads!
